Up to 72,000 labels an hour, precision cut and bonded from the roll: the RENNER S Rollfed represents top-class performance with outstanding accuracy.

  • Motion control: low TCO thanks to low number of cogs, chains and drive belts
  • Visual inspections: all moving parts are above the machine table
  • Cutter and outer bracket made from the same material: this means there is no material tension and performance is guaranteed: 200 million cuts with the same cutter.
  • Servo-operated roll unwinder for extra-thin foil labels
  • Special adhesive dispenser and adhesive scraper: no smoke or fumes emissions
  • Centring bells with single-hand fasteners for quick change-over
  • Hot adhesive unit on pneumatically controlled horizontally sliding runners: allows the adhesive unit to back up even at high speeds
  • New hot adhesive unit design: disassembly without removing the upper part with adhesive roller
