A beautiful tradition: For four generations, families from Niederstotzingen and the surrounding areas have been bringing home-harvested apples and pears to Junginger’s winery, where they can later collect juice or cider from their fruit credits – bottled in environmentally friendly, reusable bottles. In this way, small and large garden owners are supported, and the landscape-defining scattered fruit and orchard cultivation is preserved.
OPTICAL QUALITY CARD
In order to ensure that the high quality of the fine direct-pressed juices, spritzers and fruit wines is also visually reflected, managing director Andreas Junginger relies on a compact, yet easily accessible and easy-to-use labelling machine from RENNER. The RENNER Crafter reliably and precisely applies belly and back labels as well as a neck loop to the three bottle formats: 1 l VdF, 0.5 l NRW and 0.33 l Longneck. The typical throughput of 8,000 bottles/hour is about 15 percent higher than the filler capacity, which significantly eases the process.
NEW PURCHASE INSTEAD OF REPAIRING AND RENOVATION
The decisive factor in the decision was the good service experience with the previous machine. However, as repairs became more and more frequent, Junginger simply ordered a new machine. RENNER promptly cancelled the current maintenance order and delivered the new equipment. One week later, the production could re-start on the new RENNER Crafter. Junginger was able to take over the existing inkjet printer thanks to preparation by RENNER. “Now the labelling process is running reliably again, cleanly and without disruptions,” says Junginger happily. “The efficient, durable technology fits perfectly with our own commitment to healthy and sustainable business practices.”
