Fancy a beer?” The passionate brewmasterBenedikt Deniffel welcomes his guests with these three inviting words and a charming smile. That is not just in its own bar, restaurant and beer garden, but also in the Alte Weberei in Gundelfingen, where a brewery and event location are combined under one roof. That’s because Deniffel is not just about brewing traditional beers, but also creating memorable moments.
RENNER CRAFTER IDEAL CHOICE
The name BrauMadl represents the successful fusion
of the centuries-old art of brewing with state-of-theart technology. Deniffel is passionate about this and his success vindicates him. The brewery, started in a cellar in 2017, took off after the pandemic. Instead of having its beers bottled and labelled on a cost-intensive contract basis, Deniffel invested in its own bottling plant, including a RENNER Crafter, a wet glue machine designed for smaller businesses for body, neck, neck ring and back labels. The choice of manufacturer was easy for the brewmaster. “RENNER is a household name in the industry. My decision was made after I visited the factory and inspected the machine”
UNCOMPROMISINGLY GOOD
Deniffel explains the importance of labelling quality thus: “Just like you when you are out and about in field
service, every bottle of beer has to be “well turned out”. We didn’t want to make any compromises.” The outcome is right, says Deniffel. “All formats run smoothly, the support is fast and committed.” With the RENNER Crafter, the sociable brewmaster from Gundelfingen would now also be able to do labelling for other breweries himself. Deniffel summarises, “ I would do the same again and I would give RENNER 10 points of 10”.
