A machine that retains its value, delivers consistently good results whilst also being easy to operate. The Hopf wheat beer brewery from Miesbach, which has been in existence for over 100 years, expected no more and no less from its new labelling machine. By choosing the RENNER S600, the traditional company solved yet another problem: the exceptionally cramped floorspace conditions.
ACCURATE TO THE CENTIMETER
After the filler, palletizer, washing machine and packer, the labelling machine had to be replaced in April 2023. In order for it to fit under the low building ceiling, RENNER had to shorten the safety glass panels towards the top. Just a few days after the difficult installation, the first bottles of the main product “Helle Weiße” were already running through the machine.
SOLID TECHNOLOGY, COMPETENT ADVICE
Since commissioning, the S600 has been running like clockwork, reports master brewer Robert Weizbauer. “It is easy to operate, clean, and overall very low-maintenance and easy to service.” At the suggestion of Steffen Renner, the 0.33 l Gourmet format was visually upgraded with a new wrap-around neck label. Looking back, the initial leap of faith was absolutely justified, finds Robert Weizbauer, who worked with RENNER for the first time. “The project was implemented quickly, smoothly and refreshingly unbureaucratically.”
